Re-Cap
It’s officially Autumn, and I’m so happy! October through December are my favourite months of the year, and I’m already starting to get that giddy Halloween feel. I took a break from the blog mid-August, and I’m so glad I did. I really needed the break and a change from my usual blogging routine. I might have spent a bit too much time watching the Harry Potter movies, though. And watching Pride and Prejudice about, oh … four times. *dreamy sigh* I love that movie. I love the book. Oh I just love Pride and Prejudice so much! And now, naturally, I really want to re-read the book!
Since coming back, I’ve managed to get in a review-writing mood and oh gosh, I needed this so much! I’ve been reading away but neglecting to write a review, and the list of reviews I needed to write have been piling up. My intention is to get as many October posts pre-scheduled as I can, so I can really concentrate on Blog Ahead 2015 next month. I keep having all these grand visions of dozens of posts written for November and December, and I’m trying to keep my expectations at least somewhat realistic!
I’m linking up to both Stacking the Shelves and The Sunday Post memes this weekend.
Books I Bought Recently
Oh, how beautiful you are, Queen of Shadows. I pre-ordered it back in May, and naturally, I read it the minute it arrived. It was my most anticipated book of 2015, and I’m completely gutted it was a huge let down. This is one wound that won't heal for a long, long time.
